The
College mission is to propagate knowledge about the essentials of
intelligence and security disciplines , incorporating successful
tactics/strategies of Doctrine in the past and the current positive
developments and both new concepts and those slated for the future.The
objective is to disseminate true time-tested intelligence knowledge and
to highlight the pitfalls and deficiencies facing the security world by
wrong application of / misinterpretation of intelligence /security
concepts and intelligence-trap-prone tendency of security
personnel.
The College functions under the aegis of Research Institute of European
and American Studies RIEAS based in Greece and derives patronage from a
number of Security Organizations including the Antiterrorism
Accreditation Board ATAB USA and IDRC USA.
The College encourages Research activities predicated by the need to
search for newer and more effective intelligence and security TTPs.
