KEITH FLANIGAN

Keith Flannigan, PhD, CMAS the Executive Director of an Investigative and Crisis Management agency specializing in Counter Terrorism, Communication and Information security.   Mr. Flannigan has designed Computer Security programs as well as conducting Penetration testing for Government and Client Firms.   He has conducted 119 International Hostage recovery operations and designs Security and Response programs for Client with known security risk. Information and Communication Security being the foundation of all Hostage Recovery and Prevention programs requires him to maintain a high level of expertise in the areas of Computer, Information and Digital Security enabling him to design programs and conduct Certified Technical Counter-Measures on client communication and computer systems. Mr. Flannigan has 38 years of experience in the Law Enforcement and Intelligence Fields. While team leader of a Terrorism Response Unit with AO of Glasgow to Tel Aviv he responded to multiple criminal and terrorist situations from bombings, kidnappings, extortion, money laundering, and espionage. His responsibilities included designing, implementing, evaluating and testing of site and facility security, coordinating the analysis of SIGINT, HUMINT and real time intelligence to develop recovery and response plans to include logistical and operational action and after action plans.  He has written and instructed Law Enforcement curriculum on Technical Surveillance, Crisis Response, Cyber Terrorism, Responding to a Terrorist Incident, Managing a Bio Chemical Incident, Financial Crimes and Physical Security for county and state academies and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). For nine years he was an instructor at a police academy charged with developing in instructing training in all of the investigative areas from organized crime to crime scene investigations. He has served on curriculum advisory boards for Universities in the area of Security, Terrorism and Law Enforcement. Mr. Flannigan has instructed classes at Universities on Terrorism and Cyber Terrorism since 1995. Mr. Flannigan was named Counter Terrorism Trainer of the Year in 2005 by The Anti Terrorism Accreditation Board and Counter Terrorism Professional of the Year in 1998 by the Counter Terrorism EXPO. He has completed 4 State and Federal academies, minored in Criminal Justice holds a PhD in Political Science and has completed over 3,200 hours of Law Enforcement Training.  

He served as Chairman of the Information Technology Security Council and was the Regional Vice President for the American Society of Industrial Security, the largest Security Association in the world. He chaired the International Training Committee for the IT Security Council. He is or has been a member of the National Criminal Justice Association, The Fraternal Order of Police, Information Systems Security Association, National Association of Chiefs of Police, American Society of Law Enforcement Trainers, International Society for Anti-Terrorism Professionals, International Terrorism Response Association, Association of Former Intelligence Officers, American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children, Georgia Chiefs of Police, U.S. Association of Professional Investigators, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Association and Chairs the Certification Committee and Board Member for the Anti-Terrorism Accreditation Board..


GRAHAM STANLEY CIO OIS

Graham Stanley is a former serving member of the Royal Air Force in the UK where he served in various roles over 16 and a half years, he also has served in a variety of tactical situations having held High Level Security clearances. He has completed tours of duty in the Ministry of Defence as part of the Defence Intelligence Services, Combat and Team leader in a front-line deployable RADAR unit which saw deployment throughout Europe, He has served as watch commander in the Falkland Islands responsible for the defence of the island and liaison with other agencies as well as section commander and Battle Staff Management for a variety of units in the UK.

 He was part of a front-line air defence unit and served in the position as the Information and Security Manager as well as the Operations Manager and section commander. He duties included the training of staff prior to deployment in field and security craft bringing their training higher than their normal roles required them to be.

Mr Stanley was operationally responsible for the panning and protection of teams and personnel as well as equipment whilst on deployment in the military plus he worked in several classified roles whilst in the military.

Since leaving the Military Mr Stanley has worked in the private security industry as a contracts manager and operational manager running multiple contracts which have each been worth in excess of £1.5million. He was responsible for the installation and management of all these sites security requirements and the recruitment of officers and support staff. He has also worked as Team Leader and close protection officer for numerous clients and continues to work in this field today.

Mr Stanley has been actively involved in the development of the Security Industry Licensed Linked qualifications as subject specialist and an examinations writer, Lead Editor and External Quality Assessor for 3 National UK Awarding Bodies. He has won awards for his contribution to examination writing in the field of security. He is also an active self-defence instructor and develops the training for individuals in the security and non-security industry as well as personal safety training for community groups and not for profit companies

Graham Stanley holds a Certificate in Criminal Justice and a Diploma in Security Management as well as industry specific qualifications and formal teaching qualifications he also holds the CAS and CMAS OIS OPSEC and Intelligence Specialist Certificationawards from ATABand actively promotes in the UK the aims and objectives of ATAB. As the owner and Lead trainer for International Training And Consultancy Group, Mr Stanley is forefront in his development of training delivery and quality management systems for his clients and has delivered specialist training in Close Protection, Counter Terrorism, Self Defence, Close Quarter Combat, Security Management, First Aid and First Person On The Scene training as well as other security and non-security training both in the UK and in USA, France, Dubai, Kuwait, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda.

He is responsible for the development of new qualification for his company that are being approved by the UK awarding Bodies he is also the driving force in the development of a new UK Awarding Organisation and the development of self-defence and physical intervention training in line with the UK Security Industry Authority standards. He is an active Close protection officer and team leader as well as actively promoting the best practices in the security industry both in the UK and abroad.

Graham works closely with the Security Industry Authority who is the governing agency working under the authority of the Home Office to develop security standards and improvement to the industry as well as charity organisations to promote the support of vulnerable adults in the night-time economy.

Graham has delivered and designed course for Kuwait (Kuwait Petroleum Corporation), Dubai (a variety of companies), United States of America (variety of companies), and France (variety of companies) and is currently designing and preparing to deliver specialist security courses to be delivered in Poland (variety of companies), plus several other countries.

Graham has also been responsible for designing new courses meeting industry standards and writing examinations for the awarding bodies to meet the legislation of the industry.

An experienced Operations / Contract Manager and trainer with a proven track record of success in Local Government, Education, Security & Military market sectors. Providing high-level operational, Project procurement & project control to build consistently improved business performance. Qualified trainer to Security Industry standards in several vocational areas and a qualified Skills Coach. Physical Intervention Instructor, assessor, handcuff instructor, Close Protection Officer, Door Supervisor, Static Officer, CCTV( PSS) Officer). Graham works with companies to design and develop ISO 9001 Business and quality procedures for companies meeting the international standards of business practice and industry specific legislation. He is also still an operational Close Protection Officer and Team Leader for several Security companies protecting a variety of clients in the UK and abroad.

Mr Stanley works with voluntaries organisations and charities to ensure that their staff are safe when they are traveling and for the organisation to effectively respond to crises and hostage situations where he has developed a suite of training to ensure that those volunteers are prepared for their work and have the tools available to them to work and be safe whilst carrying out their missions. He is passionate about the quality of delivery of all his courses and strives to improve the quality of staff and qualifications throughout the industry.

 

 

JOHN M NOMIKOS PhD

John M. Nomikos (PhD) is the Director at the Research Institute for European and American Studies, Chairman of the Mediterranean Council for Intelligence Studies (MCIS), Chairman of the Greek Intelligence Studies Association (GISA), Founder of the Athens Security Forum (ASF) and Chairman of the European Intelligence Academy (EIA). He is a Visiting Professor at the Peace Keeping Security Studies (postgraduate program) in the University of Rome (Tre) in Italy. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the Department of International Relations in the University of Indianapolis (Athens Campus). He earned his Bachelor Degree in Sociology at the Northeast Louisiana University in 1987, his Masters Degree in European Integration and Cooperation at the University of Hull, 1991, and his Doctorate Diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy at the Washington International University in 2001. He specializes on transatlantic intelligence studies, intelligence reform, and national security architecture. He has done research and studied in various research institutions in USA, UK, Norway, Finland, Germany and Israel.   

John M. Nomikos directed the Greek team in a consortium of five countries (Northern Ireland-UK, Spain, Germany, Bulgaria, and Israel) and completed successfully a two year (2009-2011) European Union-FP7 research project titled: SAFE COMMS on “Counter-terrorism Crisis Communication Strategies for Recovery and Continuity.”  He is a Certified Antiterrorism Specialist (CAS) by the Antiterrorism Accreditation Board (ATAB) in USA.Subsequently in June he became certified as Certified Master Antiterrorism Specialist CMAS.  

He is a Member of the Editorial Advisory Board for the International Journal of Intelligence andCounterintelligence (IJIC); the Advisory Board for the Police, Practice and Research Journal (PPR);Editorial Board of the European Journal of Intelligence Studies (EJIS); Editorial Board of the Journal for Intelligence, Propaganda and Security Studies (JIPSS); International Advisory Board for the World Security Network Foundation (WSN); Editorial Board of the International Journal of Intelligence Ethics (IJIE). He is also a Member of the International Association for Intelligence Education (IAFIE), the International Association for Counterterrorism and Security Professionals (IACSP), International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA), International Counter-Terrorism Academic Community (ICTAC), International Counter-Terrorism and Critical Incident Network (CTCIN) and International Counterterrorism Officers Association (ICTOA).

Keshav Mazumdar CPO,CRC,ASC,CMAS,ATO  is engaged in intelligence/security activities and research  for the past 14 years working in tandem with the Army & civil Law Enforcement and  engaged at present in anti-terrorism research involving social network analysis, and exposure to intelligence-led policing, terrorist profiling, terrorist threat assessments and counterintelligence related security fields. He has his Antiterrorism Officer (ATO) credential from S2 Institute of Safety & Intelligence, USA. In June 2012 he has been elevated from Vice President (Committees) Antiterrorism Accreditation Board (ATAB-USA) , to Sr VP ATAB...He holds the portfolio of International Advisor (Counterintelligence/Counterterrorism and Intelligence) of Research Institute for European & American Studies (RIEAS) , Greece and also of European Intelligence Academy (EIA)He holds a Diploma in Criminology from Stonebridge Associated College UK and in Criminal Profiling(INDIA).He is certified as a Master Antiterrorism Specialist by ATAB , Anti Sabotage Certified (ASC) by the College of Forensics Examiners International (ACFEI-USA),Certified Protection Officer by IFPO-USA and is a Certified Crisis Response Coordinator (CRC).In July 2012 he has been inducted as Fellow of New West minister College , British Columbia,Canada.He is a member in good standing of several professional Security organizations/Associations including the International Association of Counterterrorism and Security Professionals , Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, International Association of Bomb Technicians & Investigators, IAHN & the International Counterterrorism Officers Association. He is a registered member of the International Association for the Study of Organized Crime.   His has completed several NATO/Partnership for Peace courses, UNITAR Courses, and is specialized in threat and vulnerability analysis/assessment. He is a certified Human Resource Professional thus enabling him to effectively manage peoples and assignments. He has authored books on Intelligence, COIN, Warning Intelligence, Terrorist Interrogation and Antiterrorism. His expertise in unarmed combat is noteworthy--he is a regd. kungfu practitioner.

PROF ANTHONY IOANNIDIS

Dr. Anthony Ioannidis possesses over thirty years of experience in academia, business, and government, assuming executive and non-executive positions and roles, in telecommunications-media-technology, management consulting, financial services, and education, in the USA, and Greece.
He holds a B.S. (Economics) from the University of Athens, Greece, and, an M.B.A. (Finance), an M.Phil. (Management Planning Systems), and a Ph.D. (Strategic Management) from Baruch College, The City University of New York. He has passed the Certified Police Intelligence CPI Course directly from ATAB USA.
His current research interests include strategy formation, strategic and technology intelligence, organizational redesign, public-private partnerships, private equity, and technology entrepreneurship.

GEORG GROSSE-HOHL

Georg Grosse-Hohl, after studying in the US, the UK, Japan, France and Switzerland, graduated in 2008 with a BA in International Relations from Webster University in Geneva, Switzerland. Georg completed in 2010 a Master program in International Art Crime Studies from the Association for Research into Art Crime Studies in Italy. He completed several certificates, among others in Geographic Information Systems, in Computer Crimes Investigation and in Counter-Terrorism. He is currently finishing up last degree requirements for an MSc in Applied Intelligence at Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA and a MA in International Policy Studies with a specialization in Terrorism Studies and a certificate in Nonproliferation Studies at the Monterey Institute of International Studies in Monterey, CA.  

Among others, Georg interned at the Nuclear Policy Research Institute in Washington, DC, the Institute for Terrorism Research and Response in Jerusalem, Israel and at the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START) at the University of Maryland. 

Georg is a Certified Master Anti-Terrorism Specialist (CMAS) by the Anti-Terrorism Accreditation Board (ATAB) and a Certified Institutional Protection Specialist (CIPS) by the International Foundation for Cultural Property Protection (IFCPP). 

Georg is a VP at ATAB and oversees and coordinates in this position the work of the Physical Security Committee, the Computer Security Committee and the Spanish Committee. 

Georg has published in 2007 an article in the “Revue Militaire Suisse” (the official magazine of the Swiss Armed Forces) about space militarization and space weaponization. In 2011, Georg presented about “the Jihadi scene in Germany” and “CBRN Terrorism” in front of university students and law enforcement personnel. 

Georg is a Lifetime member of the Disaster Emergency Response Association (DERA) and author and researcher in the research group “extremism/terrorism” at the Cologne Forum for International Relations and Security Policy (KFIBS). In addition he is a member in various associations and groups, including the Society for Terrorism Research, the International Counter-Terrorism Officers Association, the International Association of Counterterrorism & Security Professionals, the Eurogang Network and the Network for Terrorism Research (“NetzwerkTerrorismusforschung”, NTF).

Robert L. Domenici is the founder and President of Strategic Response Initiatives, LLC, which is a VA Certified Service Disabled Veteran, Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). SRI is a Homeland Defense/Department of Defense focused company. Robert provides executive-level strategic advisory services to SRI clients, he drives the current mission agenda for the company and is the visionary behind its focus on emerging technologies and development of the CBRN Resource Network. He currently holds the rank of Colonel in the New York State Guard.

Robert L. Domenici retired from the US Army after 22 years of active military service as a Lieutenant Colonel and is a recipient of the Legion of Merit and The New York State Conspicuous Service Cross. His assignments included Commander, 2nd Weapons of Mass Destruction (Antiterrorism) Civil Support Team, and Homeland Security Liaison Officer for the Division of Military and Naval Affairs and was assigned to the New York State Governor's Weapons of Mass Destruction Equipment Grant Program Task Force operated under the Department of Criminal Justice Services. During his military services he served in numerous assignments within the United States as well as overseas.

He began his military career in 1981 and is a distinguished military graduate of St. Johns University's ROTC program. He earned a bachelor's degree from Queen's College and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Marist College, Masters of Strategic Studies from the US Army Senior Service School, (US Army War College) and is a graduate of the Command and of the US Army Command and General Staff College.

In May of 2007 he led a team of international trainers to establish the first Joint Sunni/Shiite Hazmat Team for the Baghdad Fire Department. In 2008 he has led numerous efforts to assist small Afghan companies in the development of support operations for US and NATO Forces, in the vicinity of Kabul Afghanistan. In addition to these accomplishments he has also contributed to the writing of several safety and chemical biological handbook publications for Jane's Defense.
